Here at Ceimig Ltd we have a purpose built clean room facility from which we offer a wide range of services for the manufacturers and users of energy beam tools in the semi conductor industry. We currently have a long standing relationship with satisfied customers across the globe with whom we also offer technical support on system compatibility.

• Hardware inspection and testing
• Repair and refurbishment
• Decontamination and failure analysis
• Chemical fills and refills (includes chemicals for metal & insulator deposition along with metal & insulator etching)
• Crucible testing
